Featuring a 10 kW RF generator, this unit provides recirculating hot air to remove moisture from difficult to dry products. The self-tracking polypropylene belt speed can be continuously adjusted for different product characteristics.
120 kW Dryer:
This drying system was designed for quick drying of porous ceramic honeycomb structures used in catalytic converters with a precisely controlled process prior to ceramics being fired. Featuring four 30 kW ovens, each pair of ovens has a conveyor operating independently of the infeed conveyor and transfer conveyor between the pairs of ovens.
