Part of Nemeth’s Woodwelder line, this 40 kW system is the durable choice for production of curved plywood. At 150-ton, this press also comes with add-on features such as an up-acting rear door, side pressure, automatic power control, a hydraulic power unit, a 36” stroke with 66” of daylight or a 48” stroke with 72” of daylight.
Nemeth’s 5 kW system can hem a 12 foot diameter piece of fabric with heat sealable tape. The system automatically feeds the tape, forms it into the hem, locates the tape on the material, holds both the material and the tape in position while indexing, and makes an RF seal. The process is repeated without any operator intervention for a preset number of seals or cycles until the circle is complete.
